Introducing: The Evolution Arc™

Every mission starts with knowing where you are in your arc

 The Evolution Arc is my methodology : A three-phase, five-stage framework that takes organizations from strategy to execution to sustained momentum. The approaches inside it aren’t new. What’s different is how they connect, how they’re applied, and how stripped of fluff they actually are. It’s modular by design. You might need all five stages. You might need just one. I meet you wherever you are in the journey. AI readiness is part of every stage, not bolted on at the end, but built into the foundation from the start.

Phase 1 — ORIENT

Get clear before you get moving.

You can’t build the right strategy until you know where you actually are. Not where you think you are. Not where you tell your board you are. Where you actually are. Orient is where we slow down long enough to get that right.

Stage 1 - MISSIONMAP

 Define where you’re going and why.

Many organizations skip this step. They jump straight to technology, process redesign, or reorganization and then wonder why nothing sticks.

Together we define what actually matters: Your mission, vision, values, guiding principles, and the strategic goals that everything else needs to align behind. 

Built in your language. Your words. Your team’s vernacular. Because transformation that frightens people doesn’t get adopted and the best strategy in the world is worthless if the people executing it don’t own it.

If AI is part of your roadmap, and it probably should be, MissionMap is where we decide what problem it’s actually solving before anyone starts talking about tools.

MissionMap becomes your North Star. 


Every decision, every dollar, every initiative gets measured against it.

Stage 2- LAUNCH READINESS

Make sure the rocket can actually get there.

You wouldn’t launch a rocket without checking the engine first.

Launch Readiness is an honest assessment of whether your organization can actually support the mission you just defined. I look at your Salesforce environment, your data, your systems, your governance, your architecture — and yes, your AI readiness. Not to impress you with a findings deck, but to tell you the truth about what can carry the weight and what can’t.

Agentforce and Salesforce AI are powerful. They’re also completely dependent on clean data, sound governance, and processes that are actually working. If those things aren’t in place, Launch Readiness will tell you before you spend the money finding out the hard way.


Better to know now than halfway through the mission.

Phase 2 - ESTABLISH

Build the foundation that makes movement possible.

Orient told you where you are and whether you’re ready. Establish is where you stand up the program, select the right partners, and make sure the strategy survives contact with execution. This is where most evolutions either gain momentum or quietly die.

Stage 3 - MISSION CONTROL

 Ignite, oversee, and keep it on course.

This is where strategy becomes movement.


I don’t do the build, that’s not the model. What I do is select the right delivery partners for your mission, stand up the program, and stay in the room to make sure nobody loses the plot...not the vendor, and not you.

Because here’s what happens on every evolution without someone playing this role: the strategy gets handed off, the SI starts building, scope creep sets in, the business drifts back to old habits, and six months later everyone’s wondering why it doesn’t look like what they agreed to. 

I’ve watched it happen with CRM implementations. I’ve watched it happen with Agentforce rollouts. Same story, different technology.

Mission Control is the reason that doesn’t happen. I’m not in the rocket, but nothing launches without me, and nothing lands off course while I’m watching.

Phase 3 - ASCEND

Execute, prove, and sustain momentum.

This is where the work becomes real results. Ascend is where we build the Customer Success engine, prove the value, and create the conditions for compounding momentum. And then, when you’re ready the arc curves back and the next Evolution begins at a higher altitude.

Stage 4 — SUCCESSMAP

Land, build, and prepare for what’s next.

You’ve evolved. Now build the engine that makes it stick.
